OUR CLASSES

BARRE CLASSIC

  • This class brings together elements of dance & pilates and uses a ballet barre, light weights and other equipment to add resistance to low impact exercises. In Barre Classic you will pulse and plié your way through 50 minutes of movement designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles from head to toe!

MAT PILATES

  • Lead by our certified Pilates instructors, this class will leave you feeling stronger, more in-tune with yourself and will incorporate lightness and fun!

BARRE HIIT

  • This class is designed to elevate your strength and your heart rate all at once. Your instructors will always offer low impact options along the way so come join us even if you don’t wish to jump!

CANDLE LIT FIT

  • In this class we will dim the lights and take our focus inward rather than on the mirror.
